| Satellite Phones Direct began operations in the year 2000, and is located in Norcross, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. We have been located in our current modern facility since early 2003, which houses both our retail storefront and our administrative and support offices. We are not an Internet only business operating from an unknown location. We invite all of our clients to stop in at any time to meet our staff and view our facilities. Our primary staff consists of Customer Support/Sales Analysts; Technical Consultants in the areas of networking, data communications and Internet services; as well as administrative support personnel. Our dealer relationships with Globalstar USA and Stratos Global Corporation provide us with additional resources when needed. Our technical consultants built and maintain our web site, allowing us to quickly bring you the most up to date product and pricing information without delay. We also manage the Internet server which provides hosting for www.SatellitePhonesDirect.com.
